Steven H. Dovi is a real estate, development, and construction law associate at Rukab Brash PLLC and is primarily responsible for assisting in the firm’s representation of both developers and impacted neighbors in negotiating construction license and access agreements and litigating various matters related to RPAPL § 881.
Steven joined Rukab Brash as a law clerk in 2022. Following his admission to the New York State Bar in 2024, Steven began working at the firm as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, Steven worked at several prominent New York City-based real estate law firms and was a summer associate at Kriss & Feuerstein LLP.
Steven obtained his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2023 where he was a Prince Merrit Scholar. While attending Brooklyn Law School, Steven was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Appellate Division and participated in the Price Media Law international competition. Steven also served as Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law, where his Note, Same Old Story, New Solution: Force Majeure Deficiencies In The Wake of COVID-19 and An Unorthodox Approach to Drafting It, was published in Volume 17, Issue 2.
