Prior to the formation of Rukab Brash, Benjamin served alongside Jack as co-Vice President of a boutique real estate development firm where he was responsible for the oversight of over 100,000 square feet of ground-up development and renovations projects throughout New York City.
Benjamin’s background in the construction and technology industries includes work on notable projects such as the landmarked Chelsea Hotel, the deployment of a fiber optic and fixed wireless broadband system in Lower Manhattan after Hurricane Sandy in 2012, and the implementation of a large-scale cyber security solution for a financial services firm.
Today, Benjamin represents and counsels real estate owners, developers, investors, tenants, and lenders on a wide range of real estate transactions and complex construction matters.
Benjamin serves as a Trustee of the Washington Institute of Near East Policy and is a member of its Abramson Young Leaders program.
