Lindsay Alfano is a real estate and construction law associate at Rukab Brash PLLC. Lindsay assists in the representation of individuals, condominium and cooperative boards, and corporations in both litigation and transactional matters.

While in law school, Lindsay was a law clerk at the Department of Justice in the Environment and Natural Resources Division, a summer associate at the Connecticut Green Bank, and litigation law clerk at the Humane Society of the United States. She served as a research assistant in land use to Professor Sara C. Bronin, the current Chair of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, researching property laws and local regulation of land use.

Lindsay received her J.D. with an Energy and Environmental Law Certificate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2022. She served as a UConn@COP26 Graduate Fellow, where she gained further knowledge of renewable energy laws and their impact on cities and buildings.
