Jack Rukab is a founding and managing partner of Rukab Brash PLLC.
Jack has extensive experience counseling clients in the real estate and construction industries, including project developers, property owners, design professionals, general contractors and subcontractors. In addition, he regularly represents clients in real estate and construction-related litigation and arbitration. He has achieved notable victories in the New York State Courts in RPAPL 881 cases and is frequently quoted by reputable news sources about neighbor access disputes and RPAPL 881 issues.
Jack also negotiates and drafts construction contracts and license agreements. His background in real estate development brings a level of technical expertise to his law practice, which gives his clients a key advantage from both an offensive and defensive standpoint. In addition, Jack’s longstanding and close professional relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors further enhance his ability to effectively handle disputes and transactions for his clients.
