Prior to founding Rukab Brash, Jack served as vice president of development at a boutique real estate development firm, where he managed the ground up construction of several residential projects in New York City’s East Village, Tribeca, and Chelsea neighborhoods.
Today, Jack represents landlords, developers, managing agents, and condominium and cooperative boards in their development and management of properties throughout the city as well as in navigating their day-to-day needs. His work includes negotiating construction management and design professional agreements, advising through adjacent property access disputes, as well as providing general counseling and board governance.
