Lynn is commercial litigator with more than 25 years of experience. She has litigated, arbitrated and mediated disputes on behalf of public and private corporations, LLCs, partnerships and individuals in a wide variety of matters and industries, including employment, advertising, real estate, fine art, business divorces and commercial collection.

She regularly represents individuals, start-ups and emerging companies in a variety of employment matters, including RIF, investigations of discrimination complaints, non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants, defense of discrimination complaints, sales commission claims, drafting employment agreements, negotiation of separation agreements and drafting employee handbooks and policies.

Lynn’s real estate experience includes litigating commercial lease disputes, property damage claims, disputes between property owners/developers, contractors and architects and partition actions.

She is chair of the Board of Directors of Access Justice Brooklyn, a non-profit legal service, social justice organization. (January 2019 - Present)
