Lynn is a litigator with decades of experience in all phases of commercial litigation in state and federal courts, administrative agencies (EEOC, the NYS Division of Human Rights, NYS Department of Labor) and in alternative dispute resolution forums (arbitration, mediation).
Her specific expertise lies in employment matters, including representing clients in wage and hour disputes, breach of contract, restrictive covenant litigation and employment discrimination claims (age, gender, disability, national origin, sexual harassment) and FMLA claims in a wide variety of industries. In addition, Lynn regularly drafts employment-related documents, including, employment agreements, severance agreements, employee handbooks and non-disclosure agreements.
She also handles matters involving contract disputes, partner/LLC member/shareholder disputes or “business divorce,” financial services disputes, and business-related torts such as breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence, and fraud. She prides herself of delivering high quality, cost effective legal services while never losing sight of the client’s objectives.
Lynn has been recognized in 2024 by Super Lawyers for Business Litigation.
She is also Chair of the Board of Access Justice Brooklyn, a nonprofit organization that provides high quality, pro bono legal services and community education to residents of Kings County.
